These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use, distribution, and licensing of all digital artworks ("Artworks") created and/or sold by [Your Name/Your Business Name] ("Artist," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or otherwise using any of our Artworks, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Ownership and Copyright

All Artworks are the intellectual property of the Artist and are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. You are purchasing a license to use the Artwork, not the copyright.

2. Permitted Uses

Unless otherwise stated, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Artwork for the following purposes:

    Personal use: You may use the Artwork for personal projects, such as wallpapers, prints, or social media posts (with credit).

    Use the Artwork in any way that is defamatory, pornographic, or unlawful.

4. Attribution

If you share or post the Artwork publicly (e.g., on social media), you must credit the Artist by name and/or include a link to the original source.

5. Modifications

You may modify the Artwork for personal use only. Modified versions remain the property of the Artist and are subject to the same restrictions.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless otherwise required by law.

7. Disclaimer

All Artworks are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Artist is not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of the Artworks.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Artworks after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
